Trang has experience leading large global businesses in both the City and on Wall Street. As an investment banker, she has worked with a number of high-profile CEOs and executive officers of Fortune 100 companies and is well versed in the pressures and demands placed on today’s leaders.
As Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Markets for Asset & Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, she managed a cross-functional team globally across the US, UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In this capacity, she was responsible for revenues in trading and structuring across asset classes requiring her to manage and influence a complex network of stakeholder relationships. Her other senior posts include: Managing Director and Head of Financial Products Group, EMEA and Director and Head of OTC Equity Derivatives, Americas, at Merrill Lynch. Trang started her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers structuring and financing infrastructure projects.
Trang is a qualified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She received her MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BSc in Economics from New York University Stern School of Business.
As part of her commitment to sustaining and advancing good coaching practice, Trang is supervised by Carol Kauffman PhD ABPP PCC, founder of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School. She was formerly supervised by Graham Alexander, renowned for developing the GROW model which has gone on to become the industry standard model in coaching.

Trang strives to be the best she can be not only in her coaching but also on the tennis court where she still plays competitively. She also enjoys playing the piano and has an appreciation for contemporary piano music as well as classical music and opera.
