Tallgrass Way Ltd provides executive coaching and non-financial management consulting services to clients.
Automated technologies or interactions.
As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making.
Third parties or publicly available sources.

3. What data do we collect from you?

- personal contact details including your name, job title, postal address, email address and telephone number(s)
- records of our written correspondence and telephone contact
- notes we make and store anonymously about the key issues covered in our coaching, supervision, facilitation, training and/or general client conversations
- details of any visits you make to our website and the resources that you access

- other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
We use this information in order to provide you with executive coaching services. This means that the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for legitimate interest.
4. How we use your personal data?
We use your personal data:

- to carry out the obligations arising from the commercial contracts entered into between us
- to provide you with information or services that you request from us, or which we think may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes

6. How do we protect your data?

Any personal notes referring to our coaching, supervision, facilitation or training conversations will be deleted no later than: the later of (a) 12 months after our coaching, supervision, facilitation or training relationship comes to an end and (b) as required by law or our insurers.
We also have to follow the common law duty of confidence, which means that where identifiable information about you has been given in confidence, it should be treated as confidential and only shared for the purpose of providing the direct service. We will protect your information, inform you of how your information will be used, and allow you to decide if and how your information can be shared.
Trang Chu is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller and collects data for a variety of purposes. A copy of the registration is available through the ICO website (search by business name).
A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
